  2. Register in our voucher shop. Once your order is placed, you can check its status at any time.
  3. Pay conveniently via bank transfer (prepayment) or PayPal.
  4. Within one business day after receipt of payment, we will send your high-quality gift voucher to the address you provided. Shipping is free within Germany!

Voucher Redemption

  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
  • A cash payout of the voucher value is not possible.
  • Redemption is subject to availability and prior request, meaning that a preferred date cannot be guaranteed. We therefore recommend that the recipient inquires about availability early, providing the voucher number.
